The service
Notifyzo is a SaaS platform wholly owned and operated by Interactive Transformation Establishment, enabling businesses to send WhatsApp and SMS messages to their customers.
WhatsApp Business onboarding
Notifyzo is a verified Meta Tech Provider. WhatsApp numbers are onboarded through Meta's Embedded Signup under our verified provider status. The WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and its phone numbers remain fully owned by the customer, who may disconnect at any time.
Customer responsibility
Customers confirm they have explicit opt-in consent from recipients and comply with Meta/WhatsApp policies, Saudi CST regulations, and anti-spam rules.
Prohibited use
Fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content is prohibited; we may suspend accounts immediately upon violation.
Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance; provider fees (Meta and SMS providers) are charged based on actual usage.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by network carriers or third-party platforms.

الخدمة
نوتيفايزو منصة برمجية (SaaS) مملوكة ومشغّلة بالكامل من مؤسسة التحول التفاعلي، تتيح للشركات إرسال رسائل واتساب ورسائل نصية قصيرة لعملائها.
ربط واتساب للأعمال
نوتيفايزو مزوّد تقني معتمد من Meta. يتم ربط أرقام واتساب عبر آلية التسجيل المدمج (Embedded Signup)، ويظل حساب واتساب للأعمال وأرقامه مملوكاً بالكامل للعميل، ويمكنه إلغاء الربط في أي وقت.
مسؤولية العميل
يقر العميل بحصوله على موافقة صريحة من المستلمين قبل الإرسال، والتزامه بسياسات Meta وواتساب وأنظمة هيئة الاتصالات السعودية ونظام مكافحة الرسائل غير المرغوبة.
الاستخدام المحظور
يُمنع إرسال محتوى احتيالي أو مضلل أو مخالف للأنظمة، ويحق لنا تعليق الحساب فوراً عند المخالفة.
الاشتراك والدفع
تُحتسب الاشتراكات بشكل شهري مسبق، وتُضاف رسوم المزودين (Meta ومزودي SMS) حسب الاستخدام الفعلي.
حدود المسؤولية
لا نتحمل مسؤولية تأخر أو فشل التسليم الناتج عن مزودي الشبكات أو منصات الطرف الثالث.
