Data we collect

We collect account data (name, email, phone), contacts uploaded by the customer, and message content and delivery status (sent, delivered, read) via WhatsApp and SMS providers.

How we use data

Data is used solely to operate the messaging service on behalf of the customer and to display delivery reporting inside the platform. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not use it for advertising or any unrelated purpose.

Third-party processors

We use the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API and licensed Gulf SMS providers (e.g. Taqnyat, Unifonic, Msegat) to deliver messages, plus a hosted database provider.

Our status as a verified Meta Tech Provider

Notifyzo is a verified Meta Tech Provider. We act as a data processor on behalf of the customer with respect to their WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). The customer remains the data controller and the owner of their WABA and phone numbers, and we process their data only to operate the service under their instructions.

Retention and deletion

Customers can delete contacts and campaigns at any time. On account closure, data is deleted within 30 days. To request deletion, contact us at support@notifyzo.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is enforced by per-customer row-level security policies.

البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع بيانات الحساب (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال)، وجهات الاتصال التي يرفعها العميل، ومحتوى الرسائل وحالتها (مُرسلة، مُستلمة، مقروءة) عبر واتساب ومزودي الرسائل النصية.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

تُستخدم البيانات حصراً لتشغيل خدمة إرسال الرسائل نيابة عن العميل وعرض تقارير التسليم داخل المنصة. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية.

المعالجون من الأطراف الثالثة

نستخدم Meta WhatsApp Cloud API ومزودي رسائل نصية مرخصين في الخليج (مثل تقنيات، يونيفونك، مسجات) لتسليم الرسائل، بالإضافة إلى مزود استضافة قاعدة البيانات.

نوتيفايزو مزوّد تقني معتمد من Meta. نعمل كمعالج للبيانات نيابة عن العميل فيما يخص حساب واتساب للأعمال (WABA) الخاص به، ويظل العميل هو المتحكم بالبيانات ومالك الحساب وأرقامه.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

يمكن للعميل حذف جهات الاتصال والحملات في أي وقت. عند إغلاق الحساب تُحذف البيانات خلال 30 يوماً. لطلب الحذف راسلنا على support@notifyzo.com.

الأمان

البيانات مشفّرة أثناء النقل والتخزين، والوصول محكوم بسياسات صلاحيات على مستوى الصف لكل عميل.
